Not only do our workouts help you reach your cardiovascular and strength fitness goals, but they are designed to help you reach within, utilizing your inner power. We strive to help each other achieve our individual sense of evenness; harmonizing the union of mental, physical - and ultimately - spiritual self.
Classes are designed for all skill levels from beginner to advanced. Our atmosphere is inviting and free of competition. We workout hard and have fun at the same time.

The Ancient Celtic Symbol, the Triskele - also known as the Celtic Triple Spiral - is known to have many symbolic meanings. The Triskele signifies forward movement, cycles of motion, balance & harmony - a sense of evenness when in motion. This balance of elements or “evenness”, as we like to call it, is often expressed through a variety of representations - Earth, Water, Sky; Celestial, Spiritual & Physical Worlds; Past, Present, Future. It represents the harmony of interaction in the three elements. Our triskele is your representation of what you desire it to be, to achieve your “evenness.”
